Travel Through Cooking – Edible Communities

Earlier this year, Edible Communities launched its first-ever collaborative digital cookbook, featuring recipes and recipe makers in nearly every community we serve.

Each seasonal dish included is as unique as the regions we cover and proceeds from the cookbook support our continued efforts to sustain local food media in communities across the US and Canada.

We’ve heard from many readers inspired by the recipes within, but one reader in particular, took her interest in cooking from the book to a whole new level — and then added a wonderful twist.

The result is Travel through Cooking, three fantastic episodes of Claire Allman’s inspired interpretation of the things that inspire us most: people, place, cooking, stories, and of course, food.

We hope you’ll enjoy these creative how-to videos as much as we do, and find a recipe that reminds you of a place you love somewhere in the fold too.
