TIP 1: Hydrate!
Hydration is key to giving the skin that plump, dewy look. And it does not have to be just plain water. Think summer fruits, vegetables and water infusions. For example, watermelon is about 90 percent water, contains substances like lycopene that can help protect skin against the damaging UV rays of the sun and vitamin C that helps the body make collagen. One small study saw smoother skin with a higher intake of lycopene. Also, consider water infusion with your favorite flavors such as cucumbers and lemons.
